1000 days of ocean swims !!

That’s right, every day for 1000 days there has been a frolicker taking the plunge here at Cape Paterson.

This group of legends have formed a bond over the journey, a bond that goes so much further than friendship. In all seasons they have frolicked and supported each other and in turn supported this community.

All of us here at Zeal and Flow are grateful for the daily support, the noise, the laughter, the banter, the bad dad jokes, the hugs and even the sand that each of you bring to our cafe.

Keep frolicking you lot and if anyone wants to join in it’s 8:00 every morning at the Surf Club or if the ocean isn’t your thing you can join them for a coffee from 8:30 although I can’t guarantee they won’t try to convince you to join them!

We are so grateful for the amazing Summer & Easter season we’ve had — thank you for all the support, coffees, chats and visits along the way.

As we head into the slower season, we’re winding things back a little.

New Trading Hours:
Thursday – Tuesday: 8:00am – 1:30pm
Closed every Wednesday

We can’t wait to keep serving you through the cooler months 🤍

EASTER TRADING HOURS 🐣

Looking forward to a fun, chocolate filled few days here in Cape Paterson !

It’s business as usual for Zeal and Flow open every day through the Easter and school holiday period.
Regular hours (8-1:30ish) apply with the exception of Good Friday and Easter Monday where we will close at 12 !

Labour Day public holiday…..

Keeping it short and sweet tomorrow to round out a massive holiday weekend !

Open 8-12 for dine in and offering take away coffee only from 11:30-12.
