Nancy celebrated 30 years working at the Australian Academy of Science (the Shine Dome) yesterday. A cake that celebrated her Mexican heritage was requested, so the colours of the Mexican flag, Dahlias (Mexico’s National flower) and traditional folk art designs were all used on this big 30 cake.
