Spring is coming to the table. 🌸

This September, we’re celebrating Floriade with a very special evening at Les Bistronomes - six courses inspired by the herbs, flowers and beautiful produce that come to life with the season.

Expect a little theatre, plenty of French flair, and a menu designed by Chef Clément to capture spring in Canberra, course by course.
