This week in our newsletter we spoke with Sal from Sal's Pastificio about all things Italy, his love for fresh pasta and how a simple meal can create life long memories.

This Saturday, Sal will be sharing his recipes and skills with us as he cooks and creates in two cooking demonstrations at the market. They will be held right next to his stall at the top end of the market at 8am and 9.30am.
