So was out this morning and came across an Acai Smoothie Bowl... Now i'm thinking about putting my prices up! $18 dollarydoos for a melted acai bowl. Enjoying the downtime for now, but the purple goodness will return.

Don't forget for afternoon orders, they need to be in by 11am! Spread the word. We still have a few people not sure about the order/pick up system. Feel free to ask myself or Tawhia when you see us around the gym, or just shoot my a message here.

Morning classes are back on as of tomorrow which means that the I Am Hungry bar will be open to pick up your orders. Bowls, Cups and Smoothies all need to be pre ordered from the night before. Pay on pick up or run a tab. We are taking lots of standing orders which make it easier for us to organise and easier for you to know you have your nutrition sorted post training.

Its Da Goodz! Get your orders in. For Monday to Thursday afternoons, get your orders in by 11am on the day and come pick up after 3pm. Get that afternoon snack sorted to keep you going till dinner. #

Don't forget to order your bowls and smoothies and pick up at the bar. 11am on the day for afternoon orders and the night before for the mornings, once morning classes start. With the new system there will be no wait time, just pick up and run. Please pay before running out the door as Dan is training hard and will catch you.

New 'I AM Hungry' times!!!! So low and behold, things are a little different now for all of us. Classes are back at DC and things are moving back towards normality. With that we will be open with proper hours now, but again with a little twist. Everything moving forward will be pre order. Get your orders in the night before and drop by the gym to pick up in the morning or if you want a little afternoon snack at kids class or pretraining session get your orders in by 11am. Please message for order, and we are hoping to have website up and running soon to have the option of payment at time of ordering, for now please pay on pick up, Cash and Card options.

And so we have our northside run tomorrow, so any southside crew will have a bit later delivery than usual. On a very bright note though the 'I Am Hungry' Helicopter has been serviced and had a few alterations to get her up and running again. I will pick her up tomorrow night, and with the ease of restrictions, tomorrow will be our last delivery service and we will move to pre-order pick up at the gym starting next week. For those of you who do not believe in the 'I Am Hungry' Helicopter and think it was all a clever photoshop gimmick to give me something to post a picture about of these posts then you need more faith in humanity and I took this unedited photo to prove it.

For those who were wondering why we were running a bit behind on Wednesday. Zaya found herself in the mirror and after a long discussion in barks and growls I do not think she was a fan of this other brown dog that was copying her every move. Friday I will be sure to keep her away from reflective surfaces so she will not side-track me. Get your orders in to celebrate our freedom from lockdown.
