Stracciatella stuffed zucchini and cucumber.

A pink peppercorn, lemon myrtle and verjuice pond surrounds grapefruit and lemon balm laced stracciatella . We then wrap it all up in cucumber and zucchini both fresh and pickled.

Rosalind Lemoh | Private Dining Room

Rosalinda Lemoh is an Australian sculptor who graduated from the ANU School of Art with First Class Honours in 2007. A national finalist with international exhibitions, her work is held in public and private collections in Australia and the UK.

Lemoh creates sculptural objects, assemblage and text-based works that range from miniature to full-body scale. Informed in part by her West African heritage, she casts fruits, animals and found objects using highly detailed moulds, transforming them into bronze, concrete and aluminium. Drawing on still-life traditions, her practice considers memorial, inheritance and the personal as political, while exploring the visible and invisible dimensions of race and identity in an Australian context.

The works presented are small bronze towers of peanuts, okra, acorns and cut fruit, playful, precarious arrangements that lend permanence and quiet monumentality to everyday forms.

Each artwork is a unique bronze casting.
Artworks are available to purchase for $565 each or the series for $3650.

If you are a great team player, have a solid understanding of the day to day running of a restaurants, and can lock down a section, or you want to put in the work to get there, we would love to hear from you.

The position is open to casual, part time and full time front of house professionals. The candidate must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts a week, and be available on most Fridays and Saturdays.

Dionisia Salas born 1982 on Larrakia Country/Darwin, Australia. Her work is held in private and public collections nationally and internationally and we were lucky enough to host a few back in the day.

Dioni explores in-between states of being, using the material tussle of painting to tap into areas of consciousness, subconsciousness and dream states; to play around in what is reality and what is imagined.

The label is a print of her 2024 work 'In the Hellebores'

✨ Drawing is the basis of this work, a preface to painting, allowing me to
submit to the subconscious and the absurd. Here, different faculties weave in and out of each other: mental, physical, non-verbal, intimate, bizarre and serious. My drawings are loose and automatic; wandering lines dip in and out of figuration and abstraction. Translating into paint, forms bulge out of shape and colours mash together to form deep, visceral tones. Outlines begin to blur and develop fleshy, built-up muscle that alludes to the physical world. Consciousness, control and intellect wrestle with the unconscious, gestural and non-verbal; the dichotomy of mind and body in a sticky mass. ✨
