How to enjoy Japanese BBQ (the proper way)

Step 1: Grill it !! It’s important to know that with this meat you only have to flip it ONCE! You’ll know when it’s ready as soon as the blood rises to the top. Flip it then wait a bit, then it’s perfect.

Step 2: Dip it !! Get it all in there. Don’t be shy. We make our soy in house and it’s meant to be enjoyed with Japanese BBQ.

Step 3: Scoop it !! This one might take some practice. Tip, loosen the rice first and create a little pile for when you scoop it with the Wagyu. Talk about technique.

Step 4: Sip it !! Always finish a bite off with a big sip of highball 🍻
