Front of house/Cafe all rounder

We are searching for experienced and energetic Front of house/Cafe all-rounders to join our growing Brewbar team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoys working with people.

This position plays a key role in our dynamic team of hospo enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a great atmosphere where both customers and staff have a positive & memorable experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

We have full time & casual positions available across both sites.

Responsibilities
• Engage and interact with both new and regular customers
• General cafe duties including POS (Redcat register system), sales, food & beverage service, stock replenishment & the like
• Maintain a clean and sanitised working environment
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Adhere to process & procedures
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment

Skills required
• At least 1+ year experience in the hospitality industry
• Exceptional people skills
• Enjoy working in a busy environment
• Friendly & outgoing demeanour
• Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
• Tidy and self-disciplined
• Detailed oriented and passionate about product quality
• Passionate about the cafe culture & the customer experience
