Canberra, we love you. But it is time to say goodbye.

After 4 years, we have decided to close the doors. This project was a labour of love from the very start and proved to be one of the most challenging and rewarding ventures we have embarked upon. Twists, turns, mistakes, successes and a global pandemic thrown in for good measure. We have a stellar team and are proud of what we have created as Morning Glory and ILY evolved, but the bottom line is that it has got to the point that the toll taken pushing a business uphill doesn’t make sense anymore. We aren’t the only small business to be facing up to these realities right now and empathise with those trying to make the numbers make sense. Final plates this Friday 30 September.

To all of our staff members and of course our long suffering family and friends, thank you and goodnight.

Celebrate Father's Day on Sunday 4th September at ILY with a 6-course set shared menu with paired wines from Ravensworth Wines at $160 per person.

We are pleased to host Bryan Martin and son Lewis Martin in what will be the first Ravensworth Wines father and son wine event for the year. Coming from winemaker royalty, Lewis has recently commenced studies in wine science while working with full-time and has completed his very first vintage this year. We can't think of a more thoughtful Father's Day present than joining the helm to shape the future of Ravensworth Wines.

The menu is designed around 6-courses paired with some current and new vintage wines perfect for a spring lunch. Lewis will also be including a special project wine which will provide diners the opportunity to see his expression of vilification with a playful skin contact viognier.
