l was at the McDonald’s drive-through this morning and a young lady behind me leaned on her horn and started mouthing something because I was taking too long to place my order. So when I got to the first window I paid for her order along with my own. The mcdonalds worker must have told her what I'd done, As soon as i moved up she leaned out her window and waved to me and mouthed.... "Thank you." obviously embarrassed that I had repaid her rudeness with kindness. When I got to the second window I showed them both receipts and took her food too. Now she has to go back to the end of the queue and start all over again,
DON'T blow your horn and get rude! Be patient 🤣🤣🤣

Sorry, but I need to vent!!!! 😡😡😡
I experienced the WORST customer service today at a store in Camperdown..I don't want to mention the name of the store at this time, as I'm not sure how I'm going to be proceeding.

Yesterday I bought an item from this shop. I paid cash for it. I took it home and found out it didn't work.

So today, less than 24 hours later I took it back to the store and asked if I could get a refund.
The cashier in the store looked right at me and told me “NO” even though I still had the receipt.

I asked if I could get a replacement instead then. Again this person told me "NO." I asked to speak to a manager now as I'm really not happy and I explained that I had just bought the item, had got it home and it didn't work.

The manager just smiled and told me to my face that I was "OUT OF LUCK." No refund. No FREE replacement.. I'll tell you what ... I am NEVER buying another Lottery Ticket from there again. 🤨
