This week we’re taking you behind the scenes of an Italian favourite — our house-made arancini. 🇮🇹
Made from risotto rice, rolled by hand, crumbed and cooked until golden and crispy on the outside, with that deliciously soft centre. 🤌
It takes a little more time doing things the traditional way — but that’s exactly how we like it.

We can tell you our food is made differently… or we can show you.

This week we’re taking you behind the scenes of the heart of so many Va Bene dishes — our house-made Italian sauce. 🍅🍷

Imported San Marzano tomatoes, Kangaroo Island olive oil, local garlic & onion, and our owner’s very own red wine — slowly cooked for 7 hours, the way Mumma showed us.

Our chefs still cook from family recipes handed down through generations — made in-house, old-school, with no shortcuts. 🇮🇹❤️

We don’t just say we’re different. We prove it.

Thank you to all who joined us for a night full of Nonna’s favourites, live music and pizza making 🍕
We loved sharing all our house made favourites with you made from recipes passed down from our Nonna’s 🤎
Bringing family and friends together with shared platters for all to enjoy ~ and watching the young ones make their own pizza and enjoy it after reminded us of why we love our community and bringing everyone together 💫
