Our very own dinner at La Sardina Loca was a real milestone for us.
It brought together old friends, new faces, our team and distributors over wonderful food and w**e. A chance to pause, take stock of how far we’ve come, and get excited about what’s still to come.
A special thank you to La Sardina Loca for supporting SISU from day one and for being part of our journey from the very beginning. Truly one of Hobart’s hospitality gems.
Guests enjoyed a first taste of our Sparkling Nebbiolo Rosé, arriving this November, alongside one final pour of our 2024 Chardonnay before it returns to the cellar.
And if you haven’t made it to one of their producer dinners yet, keep an eye out. Some great producers are coming up, and there’s no better way to spend a Thursday spring evening.ardina

Tasmania is a place of extraordinary natural beauty, and we don’t take our good fortune in being here for granted.
Across our 95-hectare farm, our goal is to rewild 10% of the property by 2028.
Our own restoration work, together with our first Landcare Tasmania project, has already brought 5.8 hectares into our rewilding efforts.
Now, we’re taking the next step, planting another 2,035 native plants across 2 hectares around the dam.
W**e may be what you see, but trust us, we’re building something much further-reaching.

It was such a pleasure to share our young brand with some of the best in the business in Melbourne.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, tasted, chatted and showed us such a warm welcome. We’re looking forward to sharing Sisu with more of our friends across Victoria.

Spring has arrived in the Coal River Valley, bringing longer days, warmer soil and the first signs of new life in the vineyard.
Budburst is underway, with fresh green shoots emerging from the vines and marking the beginning of a new growing season.
One of our favourite times to be amongst the vines.

Make a weekend of it this Father’s Day.

A meander to the northern end of the valley for a glass of our single-vineyard w**e and stone-baked pizza sounds pretty good to us.

Sunday lunch is now booked out, but we still have availability earlier and later in the day, as well as Saturday.

Meet Pearl. She's not one for the spotlight, more a vineyard lone wolf.
She prefers rows of vines to crowds of people and is happiest shadowing Jake through the vineyard, keeping a watchful eye on the day's work.
Fiercely loyal to her people. Doesn't hate a snack.

GOLD!

We’re thrilled to have our 2025 Syrah awarded Gold, with a score of 95 points at the 2026 Sydney Royal W**e Show.

We weren’t the only Coal River Valley Syrah in the spotlight, with our neighbours at Pooley W**es taking out Best W**e of Show for their 2024 Syrah.

An incredible result for Tasmanian Syrah, and another reminder of just how exceptional w**es from our little corner of the world can be.
