We have a brand new Head Chef - England-born 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Gregory (Greg) Humphry - and to make him feel right at home, Folly's is going British for a night!

Join us for our first British Night and enjoy a delicious four-course menu of British classics - including scotch egg, beef wellington, mushy peas galore, and a sensational fish and prawn Balti curry. We’ll also be pouring British b**rs and peddling Brit-inspired cocktails. Sorted!

Aidan has come up with this cracker special edition frozen Negroni Sbagliato, available this week only. Red bitters, sweet vermouth, blood orange sorbet & Prosecco. Best enjoyed in the spring sun by the window. ☀

Our bar manager Aidan has come up with a delightful special edition frozen Negroni Sbagliato for the occasion, to complement our usual Classic and Coffee Negronis.

It's made with red bitters, sweet vermouth, blood orange sorbet & Prosecco. And it's a winner.
