Barista / Mobile Coffee Van Driver – Casual Position
We are a small family-owned business operating coffee and smoko runs throughout the Northern Beaches and Cairns area, Monday to Friday. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated team player to join our team.
About the Role
Drive and operate a mobile coffee/food van
Morning shifts only (approximately 4–5 hours per day)
Casual position: 20–28 hours per week
Based in Trinity Beach
Enjoy the freedom of having your afternoons free
What We're Looking For
Excellent barista skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Current Australian driver's licence
Clean driving record and confident driving skills
Own reliable transport to get to our Trinity Beach base each morning
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
What We Offer
Casual rate of $35.15 per hour plus superannuation
Consistent weekday morning work
Supportive family business environment
Opportunity to build relationships with regular customers

RIP, almost 16 years with love unconditional love and support the best guard dog my best friend to my kids that grew up with you since they were born! You were a true family member. I’m gonna miss you dearly. You go  and find Casper Cooper and my Dad will be there in the clouds and the sun rises and sunsets

Smoko and the Bandit is celebrating 10 years!
Ten years ago, I lost my job just weeks before Christmas. Took a little risk, bought a little pie van, and backed myself when things were tough for everyone.
What started as a small family business became exactly that - FAMILY. The lads, the staff, and our customers who feel more like mates. The laughs, the banter, and above all, the respect.
Anita is the soul of this with me - my wife, my best friend - none of it happens without her.
Our girls were four and six when we started. Ten years on, here we are.
Thank you to everyone who's supported us, laughed with us, and made this more than just a shop. Ten years ❤️
