Stop cutting your baking paper multiple times to fit the pan ⛔️ we don’t have time to origami a round sheet 😂 I learnt this hack from my mentor when I was an apprentice and it’s a total baking hack!

🔅 Fold up the first corner to lock in the
first fold. Hold with your hand.
🔅Bring the paper up and over to fold and pull tight. And continue around the entire ring.
🔅When your at the end of the ring, fold tightly and scrunch in to lock in place.

👉Ditch the pans and get some rings.
👉Rings are easy to release items.
👉 are more versatile having more uses for different recipes.
👉I use this folding method to line all my rings for all cakes/ sponge/ gateaux's or mousse items.

The more you do this the faster you get as with anything 🤪 but trust me this
saves you time rather than cutting multiple baking sheets multiple times it's a one square wonder 🤓
