One of the highlights for me these past few months has been cooking for a client who is blind. I have enjoyed creating meals from whatever she has purchased fresh that week, and using pantry staples to make delicious meals that she can just heat and eat for the rest of the week.
Pure joy!
Here are some pics...

Catering for a retreat for a week in Gleniffer. A spectacular location and the joy of having 100% freedom to create whatever I wanted!
No recipes, just trusting my own knowledge. This time I took photos, and the menu for most meals. All vegetarian amd gluten free. I am exhausted but alive! 😅
