Appealing for witnesses: 630-830pm someone stole a blue laptop bag from the front seat of à blue Subaru forester parked at the hospital car park on the esplanade. If you were in the area and remember anything like this please let me know. Cash reward for relevant information leading to the recovery of this bag and contents.
