At our Brand New Cruze Coffee Roastery Café & Drive-Thru
Cruze Coffee is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated barista leader to help run shifts at our brand new Roastery Café & Drive-Thru in Cairns.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves coffee, works hard, and is ready to step up into leadership.
You’ll be trusted to run shifts, lead a team, and ensure everything runs smoothly, so the ability to work independently and take ownership is essential.
☕ The Role
• Run shifts and help lead the team
• Maintain high standards of coffee and customer service
• Work closely with ownership to keep operations running smoothly
• Be part of our exciting new roastery café and Drive-thru
