Mr Din Ga Ling is proud to welcome Mark Jensen to head up the Kitchen and bring his high level Asian Fusion menu to Palm Cove.

Mark Jensen was raised in Queensland and from an early age has been inquisitive about the bounty of fresh tropical fruits and seafood that are uniquely available in the state.

With an unwavering passion for fresh produce, Mark began his career in London and spent four years under the guidance of some of the most respected chefs in the United Kingdom. Upon moving back to Australia.

Mark now returns to Far North Queensland after 5 years in South Australia and we know he will bring his unique dishes to Mr Din Ga Ling
