🔥 VENDOR ANNOUNCEMENT #15 — Tribal Smokehouse and Pizzaria 🔥

Things are about to get smoky at Cairns On A Fork! 🥩🔥

Say hello to TRIBAL!

What started as a backyard passion for smoking meats, making pies and cooking up a storm for family and friends has grown into one seriously tasty food adventure.

For Tribal, food has always been about more than just what's on the plate. It’s about family, sharing good food and bringing people together — and that backyard passion has grown into something pretty special.

The plan was originally to get a food van… until a Saturday morning scroll through Marketplace changed everything!

A few days later, the food van plan was gone, the lease on the Brook St shop in Whitfield was signed, and Tribal was officially born.

Fast forward 14 months and the food van finally arrived — rebuilt into the smoky beast you see today.

And because apparently one location wasn't enough… they’ve now opened their Kuranda outlet in the Heritage Markets!

So, what are they bringing to the Fork?

🔥 17-hour slow-cooked brisket
🥩 Beef, pork & lamb smoked low & slow
🌶️ House-made rubs & sauces

They’re always experimenting, trying new flavours and finding new ways to make seriously good food.

Basically… if it can be smoked, slow-cooked or stuffed with brisket, Tribal are probably giving it a crack.

From a backyard hobby shared with family, to shops, a food van and now Kuranda — we reckon there’s plenty more to come from this family.

We’re excited to have TRIBAL joining us at Cairns On A Fork! 🍴🔥

🔥 Follow the smoke.
🥩 Bring your appetite.
❤️ Come hungry, leave happy.

Welcome to the Fork, Tribal!
