Our Carpaccio di Manzo showcases the incredible quality of locally sourced Tableland’s beef eye fillet. Paper-thin and melt-in-your-mouth tender, it’s beautifully paired with vibrant basil pesto, toasted pine nuts, a touch of sweet red onion jam, confit cherry tomatoes, and a luxurious, creamy burrata mousse.
It’s almost too pretty to eat. (Emphasis on almost.)
