💔 Some goodbyes are harder than words can explain…

After 5 incredible years, the time has come for The Dispensary Coffee Shop to close its doors.

And honestly… this hurts.

For many, we were “just a coffee shop.”
But for us — and hopefully for many of you too — this place became so much more.

It was the early morning coffees before work.
The “usual order” we already knew by heart.
The quick chats that somehow turned into friendships.
The laughs, the busy mornings, the rainy days, the hugs, the hard days, the celebrations…

So many memories inside these walls. 💙

We watched people fall in love, grow families, bring babies who later became little regulars, celebrate wins, survive hard times… and somehow, coffee always brought us together.

If these walls could talk, they would tell thousands of stories.

To every single person who walked through our doors, supported us, recommended us, laughed with us, trusted us, and made us part of your routine:

Thank you. Truly.

You were never “just customers.”
You became part of our story… and our family.

The coffee may stop pouring, but the memories will stay with us forever.

If The Dispensary ever meant something to you, we’d love to hear your favorite memory below ❤️☕️

With all our love and gratitude,
Nick, Neto and Serena.

☕💐 Mother’s Day is just around the corner…

Some of life’s best memories begin with a simple coffee, warm conversations, and the love of a mother. ❤️

This Mother’s Day, take a moment to celebrate the ones who made every morning feel warmer and every hard day feel lighter.

Bring Mum for a coffee, a sweet treat, and a moment together — because time shared is the best gift of all. 🌷☕

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us!

Golden, flaky, buttery layers wrapped around a juicy sausage filling… 🤤✨
Our sausage roll is the kind of comfort food that makes every coffee break better. Served hot and even better dipped in sauce! 🔥☕️

Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or “just one quick snack” that turns into love at first bite 😅🥐

Who would share this plate with you? 👇

Our biggest fan — the one who always likes and comments on our posts — truly deserves her own special thank-you today!

A big thank you to Sue Muller, who is here with us today, reading the Cairns Post while enjoying a delicious oat milk latte and an incredible almond croissant.

Thank you again, Sue!!

We absolutely love having you here — and please keep supporting us on social media!
