Soooo.. I was so proud of my foccaccia creation yesterday I decided I'd make a big tray each day...
Today's foccaccia.. umm. Inedible🤣🤣🤣🤣... I think I used hot water instead of warm water for my yeast so it's a big fail today...I have made a new form of breadcrete...she's a bit rock yard..🤔🤣🙈

1. Pastrami, caramelised onion, rocket, tomato, swiss cheese
2. Bbq meatlovers
And.. it's been a hot minute since we've had rueben sandwiches. Slow cooked the silverside yesterday..
These won't last long..

A reallllllly quiet day at The Patch. Is there a holiday we don't know about or a mass RDO situation 🤔🤔🤷‍♀️😲. From last Monday where we were run off our feet to today... I've never known a time in business where the difference between a day this week compared to last week is thousands of dollars.
Did I say my anxiety is through the roof...

One of our regulars had a meeting and needed a little something sweet, so we raided the cabinet and put this together on the spot! ✨
