Dairy free pumpkin parfait:
1 cup cooked pumpkin
2 tbsp Knox and Aya Dream Cheese
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp Mix of cinnamon, ginger and cloves
Whisk together
Serve in layers with Knox and Aya coconut yogurt and muesli
