🔥 CHEF WANTED – ROCA BYRON BAY 🔥

Roca Byron Bay is looking for a passionate and driven Chef to join our fast-paced, tight-knit team at our buzzing Latin American restaurant just steps from Byron’s iconic Main Beach.

- Flexible casual contract award wage dependent on experience

What you'll do:
- Grill and prepare fresh, high-quality dishes using Argentinian techniques
- Maintain high culinary standards with strong attention to detail and recipe consistency across all stations
- Ensure smooth, efficient service
- Stay on top of stock rotation, HACCP, OH&S and cleanliness protocols
- Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment

What we’re looking for:
- Relevant chef qualifications and minimum 2-3 years of commercial kitchen experience (high pressure)
- Experience in South American Cuisine or background is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency) and the ability to work seamlessly with FOH
- Availability across a range of shifts — mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays
- Valid working rights and staying in Byron Bay with secure long term accommodation
