We are still so excited for our newly renovated shop in Byron Bay, and the beginning of Pink Gelato. After 38 years of In The Pink, it was time for a change! And yes we are the same owners 🤗.

Focussing on our beautiful local ingredients for flavours following the seasons. And flavours like our Sticky Date which can never be forgotten.

Our shop now offers a closer look into the making process, with some of our machines and working areas in better view. You can watch the magic as you order🍦✨.

If you haven’t stopped by to check it out please do and let us know what you think!
