A farewell to my good friend (aka Bee). Bee and I have worked together for the longest time. He started his time with us back in about 2014. He then went and worked at a bunch of quality restaurants around Sydney before moving to Byron to help me open Yulli’s Byron Bay in 2019. Bee is a food genius. His passion for food, balance and drawing from all cuisines is limitless and working with him has been a dream. He moves faster and with more precision than anyone I have ever seen in a kitchen. His positivity is unfailing and his sense of humour infectious. Of all the things I will miss about Yulli’s, I think that working with Bee will be the top. I’m so stoked that he has received his Australia Citizenship this year, our country is a better place to have him! In good news Bee and our wonderful are opening a modern Asian spot together @ 4/14 Middleton st. I urge anyone who loves food to check it out, it will be delicious. (although it wont be vegan, Bee has promised me there will be options!). So much love Bee and thank you for everything over the years!
