🌧️ Did you know that Bundjalung season of YIRRIMBU, the wet season, brings a vibrant transformation to our landscapes?

From mid-January to late March, nature comes alive in a spectacular display! 🌱🐦

During this time, the air is thick with humidity and the sound of frogs serenading the wetlands. 🌼 The trees are bursting with sweet fruits, while the wetlands teem with life as waterbirds nest and goannas prepare to breed. And don’t forget about the beautiful pink bloodwood flowers that attract the charming flying fox fruit bats! 🦇 Fingerlimes-

‘Gulalung’ in traditional Bundjalung language is abundant at this time.

This season is a reminder of the beautiful cycles of nature and the abundance it offers. Are you ready to embrace the wonders of YIRRIMBU?
