Another one from drivers.

LEIGH C your order is till with us.

Driver came in to our shop to pick up Leigh C. Staff mentioned it will be ready in 10 mins ( driver came in early for pick up time) -walk out the door.

Never came back. Order is still here at the shop however on our uber ipad it says delivered, i don’t know what was delivered as the order is still here. ( checked the cameras to confirm)

We called the uber customer support however, didnt help!

We do not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour towards our staff.

We have clear pickup guidelines for all drivers and may refuse to hand over orders if appropriate thermal bags are not used, especially when collecting multiple orders 3 or more to protect food quality. (putting all in small coles thermal bag as a result all food gets squeezed in together)

Threatening to encourage other drivers to leave us 1-star reviews because we enforce these guidelines is unacceptable. What concerns us most is this kind of attitude and behaviour. (Apparently they have a groupchat for driver🤷🏻‍♀️)

Although we have 5 weeks to go anyway…

We’re simply doing our job and will continue to put food quality and our team’s safety first. We also look out for our customers who paid and orders food from us.

EARLY CLOSURE TODAY Wed 16/09

Hi everyone, just a quick heads up that we’ll be CLOSING EARLY TODAY at 4pm and won’t be opening for dinner tonight.

Since our announcement, it’s mostly been my wife and I keeping things going, so we’re taking the opportunity to finish a little earlier today and recharge our batteries.

We were sold out in 2 1/2 hours just the first time!

Our ubereats and doordash ipad is freezing up due to multiple order coming up all at once 😭❤️
