☕️Full-Time Experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder – Baked Busselton

Baked Busselton is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic barista and café all-rounder to join our friendly team.

We're searching for someone who genuinely enjoys working in a busy café environment, takes pride in consistently producing excellent coffee, and delivers outstanding customer service.

About the role

- Full-time position
- Fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Immediate start available

We're looking for someone who:

- Has solid experience as a barista in a busy café
- Can confidently produce high-quality coffee during busy periods
- Provides warm, friendly customer service
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is happy to help wherever needed around the café
