I started filming this to show people what a “typical” morning looks like and then I watched it back and realised there is probably nothing typical about it 😅☕
3:45am alarm > airport barista shift > back to the café for catering > MBA assignment > all before 9.30am.
Almost three years ago I got the keys to this place with absolutely no idea what I was signing up for…turns out I was signing up for this.
And somehow - even on the 4am mornings - i still love it. So if you’re also in your “figuring it out as you go” era, you’re in good company. Come have a coffee, I’ll probably already be there.
