Big day today. Launching Kanteen. Spelled with a K because that’s how we roll. What a moment. Seeing vision turn venue, turned living, breathing space. From the first concept chat, to the name, to the menu. to the operations and the last detail on the pass, everything clicked. The energy in the room, the feedback from the guests, just wow. I’m proud of what my team and I pulled together. This is the part that fills me up as a hospitality consultant. Watching an idea become a place with rhythm, with heart, with customers who feel it.

Thank you to everyone who backed this, questioned it, stressed over it, and ultimately helped shape it. This one means a lot. On to the next service.

This beauty is finally coming to life, and we are officially launching on the 11th of July.

It has been such an exciting journey working on this concept, from the early ideas to the details, the planning, the direction, and watching it slowly turn into something real.

There is something special about seeing a project move from paper, conversations, and vision boards into an actual venue ready to open its doors.

When I walk in and I can see the operator is tired, the whole place feels it. If that’s you, it won’t fix itself.

Whether it’s sales, operations, or just how you feel in your own business, you need to address it. A business isn’t there to drain you it should be something you enjoy at least 30% of the time.
