We are searching for an experienced and energetic Barista/floor person to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate and knowledgeable about coffee, enjoys working with people & in a team and driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.
The role is also a mix between barista and floor, so the person must be experienced in both areas. It will be predominately on the machine but will need to be able to do shifts on the floor when needed.
Roles & responsibilities:
Barista
· Make and serve specialty coffees & drinks
· Speak and interact with both new and regular customers, provide excellent customer service
· Maintain a clean and sanitised work station is critical
· Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
· Be punctual and reliable
· Contribute to a positive team environment
Skills required
· At least 2+ year as a barista in a busy café environment
· Be able to work solo on the machine
· Coffee and machine management knowledge
· 2+ years in hospitality floor experience
· Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week
Pay $22 - 26
