“A hidden gem” 💛

We’ll happily take that!

Another lovely 5-star review for Darren’s, and this one made our day. Great food, plenty of flavour and plates made for sharing — exactly how we like it.

Thanks so much for the kind words and for recommending our small bar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you haven’t tried dinner at Darren’s yet… maybe it’s time to see what the fuss is about 😉

🍄 NEW ON THE DINNER MENU 🍄

Crispy on the outside, creamy and full of flavour on the inside… say hello to our new Mushroom Arancini 🤤

Perfect for sharing over a couple of drinks… although we won’t judge if you keep the whole plate to yourself.

Pop in, grab a w**e or b**r and give them a try 🍷🍻

💜 **Friday night. Semi-Finals footy** 💜

Freo take on Geelong at Optus in the **First Semi Final** this Friday, with the season on the line. 🏉

If you’re lucky enough to be heading to the game, get the crew together and start the night at Darren’s.

🍺 $10 pints
🍷 $11 w**es
🚶 Just a 10-minute walk to Optus Stadium

Then when the final siren goes, head back our way for the post-game celebrations…😬🍻

**One game. One chance to keep the finals dream alive**💜⚓️

01/09/2026

We never thought we’d see the day… but is Darren jumping on the Freo bus? 🚌💜

Is our very own die-hard Eagles supporter backing the Dockers this week? Desperate times, Darren? 😂

If you’re heading to Optus, come and witness this historic moment for yourself.

🍺 $10 pints
🍷 $11 w**es
🚶 10-minute walk to Optus Stadium

Come in before the game, give Darren some grief about his temporary change of allegiance, then head back afterwards for a drink and a debrief.

*All aboard the Freo bus! 💜⚓️*

Normal Eagles supporting duties will resume shortly.
