Here is a little teaser for you, an example of one kind of dish we will bring you very soon. Today, we experimented with preparing a nourish bowl. Although we were a little limited with ingredients available for today's test, it was delicious!

Poached chicken, roasted chickpeas, wholemeal couscous and salad with a dijon, garlic and balsamic dressing.
