Apparently Murray’s latest source of culinary inspiration is Mexican WrestleMania.

We’re not going to question it.
We’re going to make a pie out of it. 😂

But this time, YOU lot are designing it.

🌶️ THE COMMUNITY MEXICAN PIE 🌶️

If Blackduck was going to make the ultimate Mexican-inspired pie, what HAS to be inside it?

Slow-cooked beef?
Birria-style gravy?

Jalapeños?
Chorizo?
Refried beans?

Salsa?
Cheese… obviously an irresponsible amount of cheese? 🧀

At this point we’re becoming slightly concerned about Murray.

First it was a shirt.

Then another shirt.

Now he’s got the entire staff walking around with his face plastered across their backs.

We’re not sure if this is branding, megalomania, or the early stages of a personality cult.

Either way, morale is high and Supreme Leader Murray seems pleased. 🫡🥧

So we had a play yesterday and created a new pastry range for the smoked brisket pies. Black is back!

Hiring now. Full-time Sunday to Thursday 6 am till 2 pm. The role involves opening the shop, making sandwiches, coffees, making sure that the pies are hot in the warmer from the bakers the night before, slicing bread etc. Etc. We would like somebody with some cooking experience that may be able to help create pie fillings etc. Moving forward. At this stage we just need someone to come and open the shop and get the day going, if that’s you please let me know..
