Last night, Ruby Tuesday was honoured to be named Female-Led Business of the Year 🏆

To be honest, awards like this are never about one person. They're about the people who show up every day, work hard behind the scenes, support one another, and help create something special.

One of the greatest privileges of owning Ruby Tuesday is being surrounded by an incredible team of women. Women who lead with kindness, strength, resilience and heart. Women who genuinely care about our guests, each other and our community. This award is a reflection of them as much as it is of the business itself.

To our team, thank you for believing in what we're building and for showing up every day with so much passion and dedication.

And to our community, thank you for welcoming us with open arms over the past year and a bit. From our very first customers to the familiar faces we now see every week, you've backed us, championed us and helped Ruby Tuesday become part of the community.

Busy weekend ahead!

We will be open as usual this weekend with our new Winter menu.

But we will also be popping up at Newport for Taste the Bay teaming up with Pete's BBQ to showcase amazing Moreton Bay produce, live music and entertainment.

Golden brioche French toast topped with slow-cooked cinnamon apples, buttery apple crumble, sticky maple glaze and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, finished with a dusting of cinnamon.
