📢 Coming in hot! 💥 The team has been itching to let you all in on an exciting secrect we have been working on at . With summer fast approaching we will be mixing things up a little. Starting with the launch of a unique and expertly crafted cocktail menu, including specialty house highballs. We will be doing a soft launch this Saturday night (Nov 13) of the new list. 🍹 Stay tuned as we have further news to follow. The RaRa Burleigh crew are cooking something further up for our Burleigh and GC friends, to get out and enjoy those warm summer nights.

At RaRa we make all of our Ramens from scratch. No shortcuts, premade canned soups, supplier chashu or factory noodles. We believe and respect Ramen making as a true craft.
Not many people are aware of the effort, lengthy time (days) and high of level skill that goes into the art of Ramen making. The chefs need to possess an intuitive knowledge of every step, that only comes from years of training and knowledge, passed down from Ramen masters. Many things can go wrong along the way to produce even the broth itself. To maintain even higher standards we also utilise various specialist utensils like (pictured) refractometers. They help us measure the "brix" or very simply put, the concentration and density of the soup. Persistent measuring is integral in controlling the consistency of every single batch of broth. So every bowl of ramen you enjoy at any RaRa tastes as good as the last.
