Inspired by the traditional German-Polish style of baking, this loaf is crafted with a balanced blend of wheat and rye, then naturally fermented for over 24 hours to develop its rich flavour and character.
We also activate our sunflower and pepita seeds before adding them to the dough, a traditional process that helps unlock flavour while supporting better mineral availability.
The result is a hearty, fibre-rich sourdough with a beautifully balanced rye flavour, subtle nuttiness, and a satisfying texture. Perfect lightly toasted with cultured butter, your favourite cheese, or simply enjoyed on its own.
