Our freezer ‘ooops’ didn’t deter you, and our frantic shop for extra stock and kitchen hysteria making more burgers was definitely worth it! 😆

Thanks for showing up week after week guys and supporting this awesome little club.

Important kitchen announcement !!

**BURGER NIGHT**

Hey everyone , unfortunately we have lost power to the main freezer sometime during the week and we have lost a lot of stock😭

We are here frantically trying to pivot and Jo is busy making burgers to fill the gap.
We will not have the full menu tonight but we will have

Tasty mama burgers
Cheeseburgers
Bacon cheeseburgers
Chicken burgers
Steak sandwiches
And a limited number of fish and chips
Kids menu still available but unfortunately no ice cream

We broke another sales record tonight…

Once again, a huge thank you to everyone (regulars and newbies alike) who came to our little club for dinner.

We produced 78 meals in approximately 2hrs 45 minutes, which equates to sending out a meal every two minutes from little kitchen with two deep fryers and a flatplate.

If you waited for a meal, our sincere thanks for your patience. It doesn’t feel nice to know people are waiting, and the two of us (with help from our tiny crew of kitchen helpers) are working as fast as we possibly can to get your meals out the door.

This little club is a Shire owned facility which is run by dedicated volunteers from the community, and they do an absolutely stellar job.

If you enjoy the great atmosphere, company and great prices (and don’t mind a wait while you enjoy yourself), then this is the place for you on a Friday and we welcome your patronage each and every week!

Thanks again for your support, we’ll be back next week wielding our tongs and spatulas!

🍔🍟🍺🍔🍟🍺WE HAVE A SPECIAL!!! 🍺🍟🍔🍺🍟🍔

As the club gets busier we’re going to start throwing in some specials *just* in case you are tired of your fave Tasty Mama dish (nahh, not possible, right? 😆)

This week we have…

🐔Chicken Parmi Burger🐔
Southern style 100% chicken breast burger, a roasted capsicum, percorino and cashew parmi sauce, topped with bacon, melted four cheese blend, mayo and lettuce, served with chips for $25.

Jen ate a cold schnitzel topped with this special parmi sauce yesterday (what diet?) and it was still 👌🏻

We’ll be making one of these babies for ourselves today so stay tuned for a pic!

Kitchen open 5.30pm, bar open 5pm (hydration is important people). Takeaway welcome.

🍺🍟🍔🍺🍟🍔 HAPPY FRIDAY 🍔🍟🍺🍔🍟🍺

The kitchen is firing up, ready for Friday night at the Burekup.

We are busying away to be as prepped as possible but we do have one problem… and it’s a great problem to have, in that we are getting consistently busier every week!

But that does mean that wait times can stretch out longer than we’d like. We know we have said it before, that as great as our kitchen is, it is only little. There are just 👸🏻TWO 👸🏻of us working the flatplate and fryers, but this is how we manage to keep our prices family friendly

6-7pm is our busiest hour, and from the 1st June we’ll be going back to winter service hours starting from 5pm.

If waiting doesn’t bother you, thank you champs! Otherwise head on in early to beat the rush. There is always the fabulous bar with equally great prices where you can enjoy a few drinks and great company while you wait, whether you dine in or takeaway.

As always, thanks for supporting our little business and a big shout out to the great work of the volunteer committee members who keep this facility going with heaps of activities every week!

It sure is, which means we’ll be at the Club very soon getting prepped to feed everyone while you kick off the weekend!

Head on down and enjoy a drink while someone else sorts out dinner and does the clean up 👏

Bar open at 5pm, meals from 5.30pm. Takeaway welcome.

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 WHAT A NIGHT! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Thank you to everyone who came and enjoyed meal with us at the Burekup & District Country Club last night.

We were exceptionally busy and we would like to express our thanks to everyone for their patience.

Our regulars will already know, but for those of you who were new visitors to our fantastic club, as awesome as our kitchen is, it is still a small facility with a little family team pushing out as many meals as our hardworking equipment can manage. Which, as per last night, when the orders come thick and fast, can result in wait times pushing out.

If you waited for your meal, again, a big thank you, and we hope you enjoyed it and it was worth the wait.

We also want to thank the committee members running the whole show, who volunteer their time every week to keep the whole facility going who without, we wouldn’t have our little kitchen business.

We hope you all enjoy this long weekend as we commemorate our ANZAC troops, and hope to see you again next Friday!

As always, the Burekup & District Country Club bar is open from 5pm and the beer garden is waiting with the playground for the kids, or sit inside while you enjoy a cosy meal with the kitchen open from 5.30pm with last orders at 8.30pm. Takeaway welcome.

We hope you all enjoyed your Easter Break 🐇☺️

We’re back in the kitchen at the Burekup & District Country Club this week with an updated menu!

We’ve added to a few dishes and also removed some of your not so favourites. And, we have to be honest, we are feeling the pinch with rising costs across the board so a few dishes have gone up in price a smidge (only our second price rise in over two years folks!).

We rather like being at this awesome little club and are doing our best to make it worthwhile. We really appreciate everyone’s ongoing support especially when times are tough, so if you can, pop on in, enjoy a drink with excellent company and treat yourself to an end of week meal.

🍔🍻🍔🍻🍔🍻 IS IT FRIDAY AGAIN? 🍻🍔🍻🍔🍻🍔

We hope so as we’re already at the Club getting ready to feed you.

It’s perfect balmy weather for a refreshing drink and some grub, so head on down.

Just a heads up that next Friday (27th) Jo and I will be playing chaperone and ferrying kids to their high school formals, but the lovely crew at Retro Burger will be here to keep the hunger at bay and we’ll be back as normal on the 10th after Good Friday on the 3rd.
