To all of our overstimulated parents out there… you made it!!
That’s a wrap on the school holidays!
(for most schools anyway)

Thank you to everyone for your continued support throughout this very busy time for us. Both through the week + on the weekends!

What we appreciate:
🫶🏽Your patience, support, kindness, feedback + the laughs of course
😁Your acceptance that in a super busy period, your order might take a bit longer than usual

What we do not appreciate:
😑Rudeness
🪟Lingering at the window (this will not make us finish your order quicker. We are making orders in the order they were placed + as fast as we can)
💩People taking a dump in the middle of the bathroom floor… (yes, we’re serious)
⛔️Unsupervised kids stealing from our trolley

All in all though we’ve had a pretty good time + we hope you all did too!

📣Q&A: we are commonly asked why we don’t do table water + we would like to address this.

We did. We actually started with a self serve water station inside the cafe.
What happened to it?
Well… unsupervised children trashed it. They broke it + flooded the floor creating mud throughout the cafe. (Not once… everyday)
So we took it away.

Next!

We started supplying table water to paying customers.
What happened to that?
We got sick of replacing broken + stolen water jugs.
So we took that away too.
(Have you ever wondered why the dog bowl is chained up? Yep. That gets stolen too)

What do we do now?
If you’re a customer we will happily provide you with cups of water.
If you’re a park goer, we will fill your water bottles for you.

Failing that, there are bubblers + taps in the playground that are provided by Townsville City Council.

We do apologise to everyone who does the right thing.. our next Q&A could be why we lock the toilets when we leave for the day!
