Poppies on the Hill are seeking Café Allrounders to join our team…
Situated at the Bunya Mountains, you will be a welcomed team member who will provide quality assistance and service to our visiting customers…
Your role will support the team of dedicated friendly staff ensuring operations run smoothly helping wherever required. Cafe allrounders interact with people regularly, so a friendly demeanour, a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are an advantage.

Tasks and duties:
• Preparing and serving food and drinks
• Taking orders from customers, and advising on specials or allergens
• Operating a point-of-sale terminal and eftpos machine
• Cash handling
• Clearing of used dishes and cutlery from tables
• Taking used dishes and cutlery to the kitchen for washing
• Washing plates, cutlery and utensils
• Refilling drink fridges and displays
• Barista experience an advantage
• Cleaning and maintaining service areas to food safety standards
• Must have current drivers’ licence and transport
• 7-day rotating roster
• Above award wages

CONTRACT CLEANERS REQUIRED

Bunya Mountains Accommodation Centre
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic contract cleaner, who is well-organised, thrives in a team environment, and will deliver excellent services. The cleaner will be focused, have strong attention to detail, and have initiative. In conjunction with other Cleaning Team members, you will be cleaning various holiday houses.
The position is contract casual, hours vary depending on how many houses require cleaning for the day. It requires 7 day roster. Pay rate $50.00 per hour, roughly earning around $3,000+ per fortnight.
Essential
• Reliable car & Licence
• ABN Number
• Public Liability Insurance
Experience
• Experience in the cleaning industry preferred but not essential.
• Function independently in the role.
• Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
