A little update from us ❤️

We wanted to apologise to anyone who experienced longer than usual wait times or delays with their orders tonight.

Due to an unexpected family emergency, we have had to leave the country at very short notice. We are incredibly grateful to our amazing team who have stepped up in our absence and have truly gone above and beyond to keep Red Door running while we are away.

Tonight was an exceptionally busy Saturday night and, unfortunately, things didn’t run as smoothly as we would expect or want them to. We know that long waits are frustrating, and we sincerely apologise to anyone whose experience tonight wasn’t up to the standard you have come to expect from us.

We also want to say a huge thank you to our staff. Many of our team are young, and they have taken on a lot at very short notice during a difficult time for our family. We are extremely appreciative of the effort they are putting in.

We will be working with our team to put additional measures in place while we are away and to better prevent situations like tonight happening again.

Thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding and continued support of our little family business. ❤️
