It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Cold Rock University Hill.
To our loyal customers, we have cherished the relationships we have built with each and every one of you, and are grateful for your unwavering support over the last 8 years. We are excited to be moving on to the next chapter. It has been an honor to serve you and be a part of your lives. We will remain open until 9pm Friday 23rd August 2024. Please don’t hesitate to come down for one last ice cream. We hope to see and say goodbye to as many of you as we can. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

UPDATE ON TRADING HOURS

We will be re opening FRIDAY 1st OCT at 5 pm
We are proud to say we have remained covid free whilst there were a number of cases with in the centre. With extra pre caution we have had in place has kept the safety of our staff and customers which is our priority. I would like to thank our beautiful customers that have sent kind words and have shown a huge amount of support that we faced.
Just a reminder to please check in on arrival, sanitise and wear a mask. We will also be keeping strict numbers inside of store at any one time.
If we can all just do a little to help will keep our doors open. We have missed our customers and looking forward to seeing you all again ❤️❤️

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS
Due to the increase of covid cases in the shopping centre we are of high risk. We have unfortunately now made the decision to protect our staff and close as of tomorrow.
We hope to reopen on Friday 1st oct at 5pm, pending on any new cases. I will continue to update everyone if anything changes.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS

Due to a high covid 19 outbreaks close to our store we have changed our opening hours to protect our customers and staff. We appreciate your support over these difficult times and hope to trade as normal very soon.
We ask our customers if they could please check in and be wearing their masks. Only a limit of 10 can be in store at one time. Take away is 9pm but home deliveries will continue til closing Your patience will be much appreciated in these difficult times.
