Today we said goodbye to another dear friend, Dwayne. 😭😇

You have all most definitely seen his face feature often through the years on here.

Dwayne was the light of our Little jungle on many occasions. The loss of this gentle man was a massive shock to all who knew him.

We feel so blessed to have been able to spend the last 4+ years with him. We often forgot we were at work when he came for his coffee frappe, as we spent most of his visits hanging out with him on the couch just listening to his stories and laughing at his hilarious jokes.

If I remember correctly it was his rowdy bunch who gave Boss Monkey the nickname that stuck forever!!

We will love you always, Dwayne!! 💛

Mark was one of our cheeky customers that always, always kept monkey on her toes!! He also often brought in Boss Monkey some of his baked goods so she didn't get fomo!! 🥰

Boss Monkey couldn't handle not having her Reef Coffee every morning so she went out and got a machine and a bag of freshly ground coffee from Ben at Reef Coffee Roasters so she can still enjoy the deliciousness of a Yellow Monkey Coffee!! 😋

Ben was a God send to us over the last 4.5 years and we couldn't be more thankful of his prompt and elite service!! 🥰

Side note: Cafe Central Bundaberg uses the same Roasters with a slightly different blend tailored to their taste buds!! 😉

When Boss Monkey was saying goodbye to some of her favourite Monkeys, I let them pick whatever monkey they desired in the shop to keep forever so I was always with them. 🐒🥰

Some of them I hand picked myself hoping it was the best choice for them. This one, I did so, and I'm so glad I did. 🥹
