Casual / Part-time / full time positions
Must be flexible with hours
We are open 5am - 5.30pm 7 days a week.
We're looking for a friendly, motivated team player to join our busy little team and help create that warm, welcoming vibe our customers love.
What you'll be doing:
* serving customers (including all front of house duties)
* Preparing, grilling, and frying foods to order prepping and stocking our grab n go fridge with sandwiches, wraps, rolls, toasties, salads and pre made meals
* Managing multiple orders at once, prioritizing tasks to ensure top class customer service and satisfaction
* Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, tools, and equipment to comply with health regulations.
* Monitoring stock levels, restocking, and rotating perishables to minimize waste.
* Taking, orders, interacting with customers, and occasionally processing payments.
* Plating, dishes with attention to detail and consistency.
What we're looking for:
- Previous hospitality / customer service experience (bakery/cafe experience highly regarded but not essential)
- A genuine love for people and great customer service
- Positive attitude, reliability & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for early mornings/ late afternoons weekends & some public holidays
- Great team player who enjoys the buzz of a busy bakery
