Not to toot our own horn but I reckon we already have some of the best hot chips in town....now top that with our home made gravy and I think we have a winner 🏆 😍

Our gravy stock is made up of assortment of veges, herbs, chuck bones and marrow which is the. slow cooked for a few hours!

Its got me thinking..could we see a roast burger in the future? 🤔

Sunday cleaning session was in full swing 🧼 its amazing the places grease gets to in the kitchen 😅

Just an update that we will unfortunately not be opening today down at Dolphin Discovery as planned. The wagon is feeling a bit under the weather and will be getting fixed over the next couple of days.

Apologies to those that may have been looking forward to seeing us at Dolphin Discovery today!

Unfortunately with the boats not going today, we couldn't justify setting up with the low foot traffic at the moment.

We will however still be setting up today! You can find us down at 21 Coleman Turn, Picton East this morning from 11am till 1.30pm.
