Epicure Training Restaurant Come in and enjoy fantastic cuisine at great prices in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Offering a fine dining experience the Epicure Training Restaurant doubles as a training facility for hospitality and commercial cookery students who are required to participate in every aspect of managing the restaurant along with best practice in F & B! Our Hospitality and Cookery students will prepare and serve stunning meals and drinks to diners whilst showcasing their skills in menu planning, food preparation, budgeting, and other restaurant operations. Choose from a variety of dishes, enjoy a cocktail or mocktail, or complement your meal with a selection of Australian and international wines. Epicure Training Restaurant is located on at South Regional TAFE Bunbury Campus, accessed via Somerville Drive.

What an amazing two weeks of competitions here at the Epicure first came our regional @worldskillsau competition for VETiS students in food and beverage and cookery followed with the open WorldSkills competition for Cookery. Then there was the ACF cookery competition Everyone rocked their competition. Well done to all competitors you are amazing! 🔥 The heat is on at South Regional TAFE!

The Regional Apprentice of the Year competition is officially underway, bringing together some of Western Australia’s most promising apprentice chefs as they put their skills, creativity and composure to the test.

This competition is about more than medals—it’s about learning, pushing your limits, and showcasing the future of our industry. Best of luck to every competitor, and a huge thank you to the judges, mentors and volunteers who make opportunities like this possible.
