Over the coming weeks we’ll be uncovering processes and ingredients that unite in harmony to shape a bowl of our Phở Bò.

Following hours upon hours of simmering broth, freshly rolled noodles, flash charred brisket, dialling in spices and flavours on the hour every hour, plus a surprise visit to Bát Tràng.

I wanted to call this series “Following the Phở” FTP; we’ll see if that sticks 🫣 or if I get in trouble

A lunch set developed specifically for the professionals. Serving the city fringe we know spinning those plates can get overwhelming. We turn 10 years old! All stores will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday 24th) while we celebrate our team and the last 10 years that was.  This one is for the heads; way back when the roster was a little more easy to read, the walls were green and we wore button up shirts. We really couldn’t have made it this far without every single person that has graced our spaces for however long or short. You’ve all made an impression on us and Good Days.

Find us in Sunshine tomorrow and maybe we’ll let you in but only if you’ve hit the Chicken Rice quoter required. We’ll see you on Wednesday with a coconut juice in hand and in our back pocket x
