We ❤️ Tacos!
Give these Oyster Blade Steak Tacos a try 🌮🔥
Ingredients:
Oyster Blade
Sweet & Steak Night
Cherry wood
Stout
Flour tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese
Coriander
Pickled red onion
Salt
Method:
1. Coat steak generously with both Tuffy Stone rubs
2. Run your smoker at 135c with cherry wood and grill your steak indirect
3. Wrap in baking paper & foil, pour in stout, and return to the smoker
4. Cook until internal temp hits 210, then rest for 3 hours
5. Pull the beef
6. On a hot plate, melt cheddar, press in tortilla and toast until golden
7. Fill with pulled beef and top with coriander, pickled onion, and salt
8. Fold and eat!!
